I knoooow you can't really compose a decent sleeve design purely on paper but I wanted to have a go and see what the shape might be like and experiment by taking a stencil on Laur's arm xD

It's kinda a Japanese-Kat weirdness fusion style. Just an experiment :)

i love this i wanna make a tattoo but only with a japanese water design hald sleeve to complement my koi fich on my shoulder but don't know how to draw the same type of drawing as my koi fish :s kinda of stuck here :S

That's exactly why you should allow your tattoo artist to handle the design.
They can design it to fit your body. Find one that specialises in traditional Japanese style.
It's not realistic to design that sort of shape for yourself unless you're a tattoo artist.
